Nyoman Suarsa
Nyoman Suarsa, sun of poor farmers, was born in 1977 in Badung, Bali. He left home at the age of 12, not to work in the rice fields and learn painting with Balinese masters. Starting the first paintings in traditional balines style he started to paint abstractly when he was 21 years old.
