Iriantine Karnaya
Iriantine Karnaya was born in Rangkasbitung, West Java on January 9, 1950. She lives and works in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Iriantine graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in Bandung, Indonesia, Faculty of Arts.

She is a sculptor as well as a lecturer at the “University of Indonesia” and “The Jakarta Art Institute”.
Her statue “Ants & Sugar” created from mixed media, won an award in 1998 at the Jakarta Triennale II, the Indonesian Contemporary Sculpture Exhibition.
Other works linked with femininity and power include “Flower Power” presented at the 2001 API (Association of Indonesian Sculptors) exhibition at the National Gallery in Jakarta.
